JD, Baby Sawyer, and I just got back from our fun vacation to Natchez and the coast. As the blazing heat scorches on, I found myself in need of some pant options that wouldn’t add to the already sweltering summer.

Chambray is a fabric that will never go out of style. From button downs to dresses to pants, a chambray piece works for any season! It’s this exact reason that I chose these chambray joggers to meet my summer pants need. The fabric is so light and breathable that they are 100% bearable in the Mississippi heat. I decided to play up the mid-tone blue by pairing them with this lightweight blue top from H&M.
I just got this hat in the mail right before we left for vacation and I may be slightly obsessed with it. I used all black accessories as a way to pull the hat and outfit together. It’s definitely more a fall/winter hat because of the felt material, but pairing it with a lighter, summery outfit ties everything together. I really love mixing seasonal wardrobe pieces (like how I styled these suede shorts here), so this look is a lot of fun for me.
The best part is that chambray joggers can easily be transitioned into fall and winter with the right cardigan/sweater. Shop some of my favorites below!
