White Jeans for Fall

Styling White Jeans for Fall

White jeans are definitely a summer staple, but I’m not exactly ready to retire these for fall or winter. Good thing I don’t have to because the no white after Labor Day rule is totally outdated.Β

Yay for the weekend! JD, Baby Sawyer and I are headed out to Dallas for StyleCon! Let me know if any of you ladies will be there. I also get to see a favorite friend, so this weekend is basically going to rock!

But I digress.. we’re all here to talk about styling white jeans for fall. *Aren’t you proud I didn’t use the word transitional this time?Β lolsΒ * Β To take white jeans into the cooler months, style them up with warmer colors and chunkier fabrics. I chose this oversized plaid shirt because plaid is quintessentially fall so what better print to chose? This button down is pretty lightweight so it works so well right now with the *sad* increase in temperatures we’re experiencing.

Belts, especially those worn around the waist, are making a huge comeback this season. Good thing too because I really never stopped wearing them. What can I say? I’m a sucker for a defined waist. So I chose this braided leather belt to cinch in this oversized shirt. And let’s be real. The suede fringe booties are the perfect footwear option!

This is also the debut of my newest bag, which is Prada inspired but for a fraction of the cost. I’m in love with the deep red/burgundy color and gold accents. It also doesn’t perfectly match the shirt so it creates a bit of interest in the outfit. I’m loving it! If you’ve been interested in the Prada Cahier Astrology bag but you just couldn’t bring yourself to shell out the $2200 price tag, then this is a great alternative.
